FAQ Section

What is the difference between FCL and LCL?

FCL (Full Container Load) means your cargo fills an entire container exclusively. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your cargo shares a container with other shipments — ideal for smaller volumes at lower cost.

How long does ocean freight from Saudi Arabia take?

Transit times vary by destination — Asia routes typically take 10–20 days, Europe 20–30 days, and Americas 25–40 days depending on the port and service level.

Do you handle port customs clearance in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Our in-house customs team manages all ZATCA clearance procedures at Jeddah, Dammam, and Jubail ports.

Can you ship oversized or heavy cargo by sea?

Absolutely. We specialize in break-bulk and project cargo shipments for oversized, heavy, or out-of-gauge items that cannot be containerized.

Do you offer temperature-controlled ocean freight?

Yes. We book and manage reefer containers for pharmaceuticals, food products, and any cargo requiring controlled temperature environments.

Can you handle both import and export shipments?

Yes. We provide full ocean freight management for both Saudi imports and exports across all trade lanes and port gateways.
