Position Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive (B2B) at Freightel, you’ll be responsible for driving high-value business growth by acquiring and managing key B2B clients across various industries. You will play a crucial role in positioning Freightel as a strategic logistics partner, offering tailored freight solutions that deliver results.

This role demands strong industry knowledge, proven sales success, and the ability to build long-term client relationships that contribute to Freightel’s continued expansion in global markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and close new B2B sales opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

  • Understand client needs and develop customized freight solutions across air, sea, and land.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure service excellence.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to branch and regional growth.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Act as a Freightel ambassador at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.

  • Strong understanding of international logistics and freight operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage strategic accounts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
