Finance Auditor

Job Description
The Finance Auditor is responsible for reviewing financial records and processes to ensure
accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and alignment with applicable accounting standards and
freight industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits of financial operations and freight billing systems.
- Assess compliance with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations (e.g.,
- customs, VAT, international trade).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
- Review documentation for sea and air shipments including invoices, contracts, and payment terms.
- Prepare audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to audit freight costing and revenue recognition.
- Support external audit processes and provide requested documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA/CA/ACCA qualification is a plus.
- 3+ years experience in audit or accounting, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and audit principles.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
