Business Development Manager

Job Description
The Business Development Manager drives revenue growth by acquiring new freight forwarding
clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence in local and
international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across sea, air, and land freight.
- Prepare and deliver customized logistics solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in logistics and freight sectors.
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to prepare competitive quotes and tenders.
- Attend trade shows, logistics expos, and industry events for business expansion.
- Track and report on sales performance against targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of sales or business development experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, freight pricing, and supply chain solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
