Position Overview
As a Senior Sales Executive (B2B) at Freightel, you’ll be responsible for driving high-value business growth by acquiring and managing key B2B clients across various industries. You will play a crucial role in positioning Freightel as a strategic logistics partner, offering tailored freight solutions that deliver results.
This role demands strong industry knowledge, proven sales success, and the ability to build long-term client relationships that contribute to Freightel’s continued expansion in global markets.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and close new B2B sales opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

Understand client needs and develop customized freight solutions across air, sea, and land.

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure service excellence.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to branch and regional growth.

Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Act as a Freightel ambassador at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.

Strong understanding of international logistics and freight operations.

Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage strategic accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
