Position Overview
As a Sales Manager at Freightel, you will be a key player in driving our business forward. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and expanding our market presence. You’ll work closely with key clients, understand their freight needs, and position Freightel’s services as their go-to logistics solution across air, sea, and land.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in local and global markets.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering customized freight forwarding solutions.

Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Analyze sales metrics and market trends to refine strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Represent Freightel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a B2B sales leadership role, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sectors.

In-depth knowledge of freight solutions and global logistics.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
